Placing Orders for Products
By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Any Products you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Return Policy.

Return Policy
Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, I will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete.
I stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. This is why I offer a 7-day Happiness Guarantee on all our digital products. If you are not satisfied within 7 calendar days from your date of purchase, please contact me for a refund.
If in doubt, please contact me first and I will do our best to resolve your issue fairly. Please do not open a credit card dispute or chargeback as these incur unnecessary fees and complications for the Garden Loaf.
I reserve the right to charge a $50 chargeback fee for any chargeback opened – this covers our costs for chargebacks.
Refund requests made after 7 calendar days from your date of purchase are managed on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
Some of our products are Subscriptions and have additional Return Policies. Please see the Subscriptions section below for more details.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of eighteen, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current always. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
I reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
I am constantly updating Our offerings of Products on the Service. The Products available on this service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. While I try to ensure that everything is accurate and up to date, I may experience delays in updating information regarding our Products on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.
I cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. I reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Pricing Policy
The Garden Loaf reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. See the Subscriptions section below for policies on Subscription pricing.
Payments
Payment can be made through various payment methods I have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If I do not receive the required authorization, I will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your Order.
Please note that some debit card providers place temporary authorizations and/or charges onto your debit card’s billing statement, even for free trials. These charges are temporary and will be removed by your debit card provider after a certain period.
Subscriptions
Subscription Period
Some of our digital products are offered as a paid Subscription service. you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly, quarterly, or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions, unless you cancel it or The Garden Loaf cancels it.
Subscription cancellations
you may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting me. These are the only methods for cancelling your product Subscription.
Cancellation will cease further billing but will not refund any payments already made.
Cancelling or Unsubscribing from the Garden Loaf e-mail Newsletter does not cancel your product Subscription and is not a valid form of product cancellation.
If the Subscription has been made through an In-App Purchase, you can cancel the renewal of your Subscription with the Application Store.
Billing
You shall provide The Garden Loaf with accurate and complete billing information including full name, state, zip code, and valid payment method information during subscription purchase.
You agree to pay The Garden Loaf the amount that is specified in the payment plan in accordance with the terms of such plan and this Terms and Conditions. you hereby authorize The Garden Loaf to bill your payment instrument in advance in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan until you terminate your Subscription, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, I will retry your payment method up to five times within 5 days prior to automatically cancelling your Subscription. Access will be revoked to the Services provided by your Subscription if you choose a payment plan or Subscription and do not complete the payments on schedule.
If the Subscription has been made through an In-App Purchase, all billing is managed by the Application Store and is governed by the Application Store’s own terms and conditions.
Fee Changes
The Garden Loaf, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current
Subscription period.
The Garden Loaf will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Free Trial
The Garden Loaf may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free trial. you may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the Free trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, you will not be charged by The Garden Loaf until the Free trial has expired.
After the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected. By signing up for a Free Trial, you agree that if you do not cancel, you will continue the Subscription with the recurring charge shown during the checkout process.
At any time and without notice, The Garden Loaf reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free trial offer.
Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. I reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Community Access
Some of our Services, Products, or Subscriptions contain access to public, semi-private, and private Facebook groups (the “Private Groups”). The Garden Loaf is not liable for, nor does The Garden Loaf endorse the information shared amongst community members in the Private Groups. Access to the Private Groups may be revoked at any time by The Garden Loaf. The Private Groups are provided solely for your convenience and may be shut down at any time by The Garden Loaf, with or without notice. The closing of a Private Group is not grounds for a refund of any kind. The Garden Loaf and you agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, in the Private Groups, or otherwise.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members of the Private Groups. You understand and agree that any contact, whether online or in-person, with any participant is done solely at your own risk. The Garden Loaf denies all liability for any interactions between participants, and you expressly hold The Garden Loaf harmless for any such interaction.
In-App Purchases
The Application may include In-App Purchases that allow you to buy products, services, or Subscriptions.
More information about how you may be able to manage In-App Purchases using your Device may be set out in the Application Store’s own terms and conditions or in your Device’s Help settings.
In-App Purchases can only be consumed within the Application. If you make an In-App Purchase, that In-App Purchase cannot be cancelled after you have initiated its download. In-App Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration or otherwise transferred.
If any In-App Purchase is not successfully downloaded or does not work once it has been successfully downloaded, I will, after becoming aware of the fault or being notified of the fault by you, investigate the reason for the fault. I will act reasonably in deciding whether to provide you with a replacement In-App Purchase or issue you with a patch to repair the fault. In no event will I charge you to replace or repair the In-App Purchase. In the unlikely event that I are unable to replace or repair the relevant In-app Purchase or are unable to do so within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to you, I will authorize the Application Store to refund you an amount up to the cost of the relevant In-App Purchase. Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund, you may do so by contacting the Application Store directly.
You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are managed by the Application Store from where you downloaded the Application and are governed by that Application Store’s own terms and conditions.
If you have any payment related issues with In-app Purchases, then you need to contact the Application Store directly.
