Digital Product Returns and Refunds Policy
Given the nature of digital goods (e.g., software, e-books, templates, online courses), they are considered used once they have been downloaded or accessed.
1. Digital Product Policy (Non-Refundable)

Final Sale: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or the download link has been sent/activated.

Irrevocability: Because digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or surrendered like physical goods, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete and access is granted.

Prevention of Abuse: This policy is in place to prevent the ability to download the product and then claim a refund after acquiring a permanent copy of the work.

Exceptions (Technical Issues): A refund may be considered only in the following narrow circumstances:

The digital file is proven to be corrupted or fundamentally defective and we are unable to provide a working version within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 48 hours).

There was a clear duplicate purchase error (e.g., the customer was charged twice for the exact same item in the same transaction).

Physical Product Returns and Refunds Policy
For any physical goods you sell, a clear policy outlining the conditions, timeframe, and process is necessary.
1. Eligibility for Return

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Refund Process for Physical Goods

Initiation: To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: The customer is typically responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
